AV01 STUDY DESK AND CABINETRY – EARTH PLASTER
APARTMENT V
The arch shaped study table is designed specifically for Apartment V to face the natural light coming into the home and also facilitate 2 areas, one side for PC and other for writing. Solid brass legs with a built in hollow wooden member for cable managing, visually is both sleek and functional. The storage cabinetry behind the desk is finished with earth plaster panels developed by the Vernacular Modern.

From our client’s collection of ancient temple wood beams, we designed 3 objects – a lounger, a dog bed and a coffee table. The beams stack up vertically or horizontally, with their inherent carvings exposed to become the above mentioned objects. Credits to artisanal wood working by The Vernacular modern.
